Yes — in fact, that's often the most productive kind of first conversation. We're used to starting with ambiguity and helping you get to clarity. You don't need a spec document to start talking.
We do, selectively. If you have a real problem, a clear market, and the intent to build something properly — we're interested regardless of how early you are. We'll be honest if we're not the right fit for your stage.
Sometimes yes. For straightforward scopes, we can give a ballpark from a written brief. For anything involving AI agents or multi-system integrations, a short conversation always leads to a better (and more accurate) proposal. We won't waste your time on a call if we don't need one.
We hear this often. The short answer: we don't take projects we can't deliver. We'd rather decline a project than overpromise. We give you code ownership from day one, we document everything, and we don't structure engagements to create dependency.
